Comparison
Flavoured vs unflavoured lubricant.
Flavoured lubes are designed for oral. Unflavoured lubes are designed for everything else. Use them in the wrong place and the consequences (yeast infection, internal irritation) are predictable; use them in the right place and they do their jobs.

The verdict
Use flavoured lube for oral only. Most contain sweeteners (glycerin, sucralose, aspartame) that can disrupt vaginal pH if used internally. Use unflavoured for any internal application, anal play, or toy use. If you want one lube for both, choose a high-quality unflavoured water-based or hybrid: oral is fine without flavour for most users.
