How to choose
- Latex over PVC. Quality latex (Polymorphe, Libidex-grade) softens with wear and lasts years; cheap PVC cracks at the seams within months.
- Check the brand size chart, not the label. Continental S can be UK 8 or UK 10 depending on the maker. We surface the chart on every product page.
- Storage matters: latex needs talc or silicone shine and a darkroom hang. We sell the care kit as an add-on for a fiver.
- Fetishwear runs small; when between sizes, size up. Fabric stretches out faster than it stretches up.

Three things UK fetish-clothing retailers don't tell you

Cheap latex outgases for weeks. Hang the piece in a ventilated cupboard for 3+ days before first wear; the bitter rubber smell fades by then. Wear it straight from the bag and you'll associate latex with chemical sting forever.
2.
Sizing in latex is brutal. Fabric stretches OUT, not UP; order down only if you've worn that exact brand before. Cottelli runs small; Rimba runs true; Ballerina's Secret runs generous. Trust the brand chart, not the size label.
3.
Plain lingerie ≠ fetish lingerie. Many "fetish" pieces are regular lingerie at three times the price. The genuine differentiators are: hardware-grade fastenings (D-rings, suspension hooks), thick latex / leather panels, and the kind of design that survives being pulled at. Pay for those, not for the marketing.
