Concept
The framework where the standard for consent is positive enthusiasm rather than absence of refusal. Enthusiastic consent is the modern UK consent-education baseline (Brook, FPA) and applies equally to vanilla and kink-aware sex; "yes means yes" rather than "no means no". The framework explicitly recognises that absence of refusal can result from coercion, freezing response, or substance impairment.
