Masochist.

A person whose sexual or sensual pleasure includes the experience of physical pain or discomfort. Masochism is one of the four roles in the SM (sadomasochism) abbreviation; a masochist may or may not be submissive (the role distinction matters: a dominant can also be a masochist, leading to "service top" and "switch" complications). Masochistic pleasure typically follows pain-tolerance rather than pain-seeking; the goal is endorphin response, not injury.
