What lubricant should I use with Clean Stream Universal Cleansing Tips?

Water-based or hybrid lubricant only on silicone. Silicone-based lubricants chemically react with silicone toy surfaces over time, leaving a sticky residue and degrading the finish. Glycerin-free water-based lube is the universal recommendation, see lubricants.

Wet-wipes designed for intimate use (fragrance-free, pH-balanced) are safe for external use. Standard wet-wipes with fragrance are a thrush trigger and should be avoided. External wash gels (Sliquid Splash, Femfresh) are external-only; the vagina is self-cleaning and douching is actively discouraged by NHS guidance.

Should I douche before anal play?
