The Rimba Fork Paddle: a leather paddle with a three-tongue forked strike face and an internal metal strip for added rigidity, 40cm long overall. The fork (rather than solid blade) is the line's distinguishing feature: the three leather tongues strike fractionally out of phase, producing a distinctive triple-strike sensation.

Genuine leather construction with the internal metal strip running through the strike length to keep the tongues from buckling under load. The strike feels stiffer than a soft-leather fork paddle would.

Strike the fleshy upper-outer buttocks; avoid kidneys, tailbone, spine, and joints. The forked strike spreads force across three impact lines, which makes it more forgiving than a single-blade paddle of similar weight.

Frequently asked

About this product

Is Fork Paddle body-safe?

Yes. every leather product we stock is full-grain or top-grain leather (no bonded leather, which delaminates within months). Lining where present is body-contact safe. EU REACH compliant.

What lubricant should I use with Fork Paddle?

Avoid all lubricant contact with leather, even water-based lube can stain and silicone-based lube absorbs into the grain. Apply any lube directly to body, not to the leather surface.

How do I clean Fork Paddle?

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth (never soak), let air-dry away from heat, then condition every 6-12 months with leather conditioner. Never put leather in the washing machine. See how to clean leather cuffs.

Will the delivery be discreet?

Every UK order ships in plain unmarked packaging from our British warehouse. The return-address label reads only "BBox Ltd", never the brand or category. Card statements show the same "BBox Ltd" descriptor. Free UK delivery on this item.

Can I return Fork Paddle if I'm not happy with it?

Yes. within 30 days of delivery, provided the hygiene seal has not been broken. UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exempt goods sealed for health protection from the standard right to return once that seal is broken. Faulty items are covered by a 1-year warranty regardless of seal status. See our returns policy.

Where is it safe to use Fork Paddle?

Safe zones: buttocks (the standard paddle target), upper outer thighs, occasional upper back with a wide paddle. Avoid: lower back (kidneys), tailbone, hips. Never use: spine itself, neck, head, breasts, joints. Paddles concentrate impact more than floggers, so the safe-zone restrictions matter more.

How loud is Fork Paddle?

Audible from the next room at full intensity; light strikes sit at conversation volume. Leather paddles are quieter than wood at the same impact level. For shared-housing use, prefer leather over wood; for muffled impact altogether, the silicone-paddle category sits at the quietest end of the spectrum.

Will Fork Paddle leave marks?

Yes; this is normal and expected. Light pink marks fade within 30 minutes; deeper red marks within 2-4 hours; bruising lasts 5-10 days at higher intensities. Arnica cream from any UK pharmacy reduces bruise duration. If marking is unwanted, choose lower intensity and shorter scenes.

How do I care for Fork Paddle?

Leather paddles: condition every 2-3 months with mink oil or neutral leather conditioner; store hanging or flat (never folded). Wood paddles: re-oil every 6-12 months with furniture-grade tung oil; avoid water-soaking. Silicone paddles: warm soapy water; machine-washable on cool.
