Body-safe silicone construction at 390g for the 3-piece set; non-porous and fully sterilisable.

Use water-based lubricant only (silicone lube degrades silicone). Wash with warm soapy water before and after use; can be boil-sterilised. Start with the lightest weight and progress upward over training sessions. The retrieval cords are the safety feature; never use any internal kegel device without one.
