The Smart Wand 2 Large is the quietest of the three serious wands in our range, at around 50 dB on the top setting versus Doxy Number 3's 65 dB. If shared housing or thin walls matter, this is the wand to buy. The motor is genuinely rumbly rather than buzzy; the silicone head is firmer than the Magic Wand Rechargeable's which produces a different sensation profile (more concentrated, less diffuse). Two independent motors at the head and handle, useful, slightly gimmicky. At ~£180 it sits between the Doxy (£120, more raw power) and the Magic Wand Rechargeable (£140, more universally recommended for first wand). The Smart Wand suits buyers who want wand-class motor in a quieter package, or who already own one of the others and want a second piece with a different sensation profile.

The Smart Wand 2 in the large body, black: Lelo's flagship rechargeable wand, 13 inches long, around 680g, with a 2.5-inch diameter head. The larger format is the higher-power version of the line and competes directly with Doxy and Le Wand at the top of the UK rechargeable-wand market. USB-charged via the included cable.

The head is platinum-cure silicone, body-safe and dishwasher-resistant; the rest of the body is matched silicone over a rechargeable lithium-ion cell. Built-in controller with 10 settings covering steady and pattern modes. Fully waterproof, rated for shower and bath use.

Charge fully before first use. Clean with hot soapy water and a body-safe toy cleaner after every use; dry before storage. Compatible with water-based lubes only (silicone-based lubes degrade silicone toys). 1-5 inch insertable depth where used internally.

What lubricant should I use with Lelo Smart Wand 2 Large Black?

Water-based or hybrid lubricant only on silicone. Silicone-based lubricants chemically react with silicone toy surfaces over time, leaving a sticky residue and degrading the finish. Glycerin-free water-based lube is the universal recommendation, see lubricants.
