Cardinal safety rule for any pump session: 5 to 10 minutes maximum, never beyond mild engorgement; pump pressure can rupture small blood vessels if pushed too far. Read the included Pumped manual before using any vacuum pump or constriction ring. Wash the sleeve with warm soapy water before and after use; silicone is body-safe and can be sterilised by boiling for 3 minutes.
