The verdict
Fleshlight if you want a single textured sleeve, a hidden-design case (Quickshot, STU), and a stable long-term product. Tenga if you want to sample textures inexpensively (Eggs) or own a high-design Japanese object (Spinner, Flex). For a single first purchase under £15, Tenga Egg wins outright; over £40, Fleshlight has the broader texture catalogue.
