Suspension Rope.

Rope specifically rated for partial or full body suspension. Suspension rope is technical equipment: natural-fibre jute or hemp at the traditional end (Japanese 6mm or 8mm rope), MFP-derived synthetic at the modern end. Cotton and nylon ropes are NOT suspension-rated. UK rope-aware communities require formal suspension training (workshops, certified instructors) before any suspension practice; the practice carries real injury and death risk and is RACK-tier rather than SSC.
