The Rimba 7 Wheels of Pain: a plated-steel Wartenberg-style pinwheel multi-wheel variant, with seven rotating wheels of sharp pins, mounted on a 1.2 by 1 inch head. Designed for the sensation-play / medical-play category as a heavier-stimulation alternative to the single-wheel pinwheels.

Plated steel construction at 150g; the wheels rotate freely as the tool rolls across skin.

This is sharper than a standard single-wheel pinwheel: 7 wheels means 7 times the contact points. Use very light pressure; the pins create stimulating sensation, not damage.
