Genuine leather strap with welded metal mouth-corner hooks at 120g.
Critical safety: this gag prevents normal mouth closure but does not fully block the airway; the wearer can still breathe through the open mouth. Agree a non-verbal safe signal before play (the hooks limit speech). What lubricant should I use with Gag With Smile Hooks?
Avoid all lubricant contact with leather, even water-based lube can stain and silicone-based lube absorbs into the grain. Apply any lube directly to body, not to the leather surface.
How do I clean Gag With Smile Hooks?

What materials are safe in the mouth?
Platinum-cure silicone only for in-mouth use. Avoid jelly rubber and TPE blends; the porous surfaces hold bacteria. Leather and PU straps are fine on the outside-mouth components; only the ball itself enters the mouth.
