Genuine leather strap with welded metal mouth-corner hooks at 120g.

Critical safety: this gag prevents normal mouth closure but does not fully block the airway; the wearer can still breathe through the open mouth. What materials are safe in the mouth?

Platinum-cure silicone only for in-mouth use. Avoid jelly rubber and TPE blends; the porous surfaces hold bacteria. Leather and PU straps are fine on the outside-mouth components; only the ball itself enters the mouth.
