The Rimba Gag with Smile Hooks: a black leather adjustable strap with two metal hooks designed to fit into the corners of the mouth and force the wearer's mouth into a smile shape. Distinct from a ball gag: this restricts the mouth shape rather than blocking the mouth.
Genuine leather strap with welded metal mouth-corner hooks at 120g.
Critical safety: this gag prevents normal mouth closure but does not fully block the airway; the wearer can still breathe through the open mouth. Agree a non-verbal safe signal before play (the hooks limit speech). Wipe the metal hooks with antibacterial wipes after each use; standard leather care on the strap (wipe down, condition occasionally).

Yes. every leather product we stock is full-grain or top-grain leather (no bonded leather, which delaminates within months). Lining where present is body-contact safe. EU REACH compliant.
What lubricant should I use with Gag With Smile Hooks?
Avoid all lubricant contact with leather, even water-based lube can stain and silicone-based lube absorbs into the grain. Apply any lube directly to body, not to the leather surface.
How do I clean Gag With Smile Hooks?
