The Rimba Mouth Gag and Nipple Chain: a leather strap ball gag with adjustable buckle, attached via a silver chain to a pair of nipple clamps. The chain connecting gag to clamps is the line's distinguisher: pulling on the gag pulls on the clamps, the two are mechanically linked.
