Medical-grade stainless steel mouth clamp with PU leather strap at 300g; ratchet-adjusted opening.
Critical safety: this clamp holds the mouth open; the wearer cannot fully close their mouth while it is in place. Agree a non-verbal safe signal before play (the open-mouth position limits clear speech). The ratchet adjustment lets you set the opening progressively; start at minimal opening and increase only as comfortable. Sterilise the clamp by boiling for 3 minutes before each use; cool fully before insertion. Wash the strap with mild detergent; standard PU care applies.
