The You2Toys Neck and Wrist Restraint Set: a combined neck collar and wrist cuffs, joined as a single set with Velcro fastenings for each piece. The Velcro adjustment is the line's distinguisher from buckled cuffs: faster on and off, individually adjustable across each piece.
Padded synthetic-fibre construction (described by the brand as 'tearproof') at 160g; Velcro closures throughout.
Set the collar and cuffs so two fingers slide between fabric and skin. The Velcro can grip easily on hair; tuck loose hair before fastening. Wipe down with a damp cloth after wear; the synthetic fibre is hand-washable in cool water if needed. Store flat to avoid the Velcro snagging itself.
