The cage is applied by placing the testicles through the ring so that it fits behind them. Then the cock is placed inside the wire cage, this is then padlocked closed. Two pins connect the cage to the ring. The larger pin has a hole to place the lock, which is included with the kit. The cage features holes for urination.
