Rouge Garments Large Red Leather Flogger

A large leather flogger in red from Rouge Garments, the long-standing UK leather workshop. 26 inches overall, with multiple long supple leather tails on a solid grip. The largest flogger in the Rouge range and the heaviest piece in the line: a full intentional swing rather than a wrist-flick like the smaller floggers.

Larger floggers move further toward the thud end of the impact spectrum (more mass, deeper sensation, longer recovery between strikes), which makes them experienced-hand pieces rather than starters; the rhythm and timing matter more than with a smaller piece. Strike the fleshy upper-outer buttocks and upper back, avoid kidneys, tailbone and joints. Practise the swing path on a cushion or pillow before partner use.

Standard leather care: wipe down after wear, condition the tails with leather balm two or three times a year, store hung rather than flat (so the tails don't take a set).
