The Red is a UK leather workshop producing serious scene gear, these suspension handcuffs are rated for partial-suspension use, not just symbolic restraint. The leather is full-grain padded with neoprene against the wrist, with stainless-steel D-rings rated for the load. Edge-stitched rather than glued; the construction matters for any restraint that's going to bear weight. Two-finger gap rule applies (St John Ambulance circulation guidance), these are adjustable for wrist size 6"-9". At ~£200 they're the upper-premium end of our restraint range; entry handcuffs at £25-£50 work for symbolic restraint but aren't built for sustained load. The construction is reinforced through the band and at the D-ring attachment point to handle the load weight of partial suspension; the leather is full-grain throughout.
Full-grain leather with reinforced metal hardware; bonded edge stitching, welded D-rings. The padding and width of the cuffs distribute load comfortably across the wrist even under sustained suspension load.
