The Shots Thumping Kegel Ball Set: a 2-piece kegel-ball set designed to train and strengthen pelvic floor muscles. The 'thumping' name refers to the internal weighted-ball movement that produces the kegel-training sensation as you move.

Body-safe silicone exterior with internal weight at 220g for the pair; retrieval string between the two balls.

Use plenty of water-based lubricant for first insertion (silicone lube degrades silicone). Wash with warm soapy water before and after use; can be sterilised by boiling for 3 minutes. The internal weight needs upright storage to avoid stressing the seal between exterior and weight chamber.
