The Vibratone Duo Balls from Seven Creations: a pair of weighted vaginal balls connected by a soft cord, designed as a starter pelvic-floor / Kegel trainer. The duo-ball format is the standard entry to weighted-ball training: heavier than a single ball, but more comfortable for first use than the smaller harder single-weight trainers.

Plastic construction with a soft connecting cord. The connecting cord doubles as the retrieval handle and is the safety feature: never use any vaginal ball that lacks a clear retrieval line. Hand-washable; not suitable for sterilisation given the construction.

The NHS recommends pelvic floor exercises for postnatal recovery, urinary incontinence, and sexual function. A 2020 Cochrane review (31 trials) concluded pelvic floor muscle training substantially reduces or cures stress urinary incontinence. Use 10-15 minutes daily, building gradually; remove and clean after each use.
