Is delivery discreet?
Yes. Plain brown box, no branding on the outside, sender shown as BBox. Card and PayPal statements show the same.
Will my order be left on the doorstep?
No. All goods ship by recorded, insured service, a signature is taken at delivery. If you're not in, your parcel is held at the local Royal Mail depot for 7 days, or 5 days for DPD.
What appears on my bank statement?
BBox, never BondageBox, never anything that hints at the category. The same descriptor applies on PayPal, on refunds, and on any payment dispute.
Will the courier or postman know?
No. The exterior label gives no indication of contents. To the courier, it's a plain brown parcel from a small UK seller.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days. DPD Courier: 1 working day. Southern Ireland, Europe and Rest of World: 3–5 working days for most destinations. Full delivery policy →
What time do orders ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday ship the same working day from our Hertfordshire warehouse. After 2pm, weekends, or UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. to Southern Ireland, the EU, and most of the rest of the world. Costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import VAT are the recipient's responsibility, we cannot pre-pay these.
Where do I track my order?
A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment the carrier collects from us. The subject reads "Your order is on its way", and the body has the tracking number, nothing more.
Returns & warranty
Can I return something?
Yes. unused, sealed items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Opened intimate products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full returns policy →
What if it's faulty?
Every product carries a 1-year warranty. Faults reported in the first month return on a UK-only Freepost address; we cover the postage. From month two onward you cover the return; we cover the replacement back.
It arrived damaged. What now?
Tell us within 36 hours, [email protected] with order number and a photograph. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.
Buying
Is my card information safe?
Yes. We don't store card details, payment is handled by PayPal, which is PCI-DSS compliant. The same applies whether you check out with a PayPal account or as a guest with your card.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is the default; an account is optional. With an account you get order history, wishlist, and faster checkout next time.
Do you do gift cards?
