Body-safe silicone construction at 170g for the pair; non-porous and fully sterilisable.

Sterilise by boiling for 3 minutes before first use and between menstrual cycles. Fold to insert; release once positioned for the cup to open and seal. Empty every 8-12 hours depending on flow.
