The Mae B Intimate Health 2 Small Menstrual Cups: a two-pack of small-size silicone menstrual cups designed as a comfortable, safe, and reusable alternative to disposable period products. Worn internally to catch and collect period fluid.

Body-safe silicone construction at 170g for the pair; non-porous and fully sterilisable.

Sterilise by boiling for 3 minutes before first use and between menstrual cycles. Fold to insert; release once positioned for the cup to open and seal against the vaginal walls. Empty every 8-12 hours depending on flow. Wash with warm soapy water during the cycle; sterilise between cycles. Small size suits teen / petite users; the Large variant in the line is for higher flow or larger anatomy.
