Soft collar with Velcro, nylon webbing, neoprene wrist cuffs and metal D-rings at 360g.
Set the collar and cuffs so two fingers slide between fabric and skin. The Velcro can catch on hair; tuck loose hair before fastening. Wipe down with a damp cloth after wear; the neoprene tolerates damp cleaning. Store flat to avoid the Velcro snagging itself.
